He amassed over six years of extensive experience at some of the world’s top consulting firms, including KPMG and EY. The more immigration centric firms include Newland Chase and Envoy Global. His tenure at these prestigious organisations equipped him with a deep understanding of the immigration and HR landscape and honed his skills in delivering exceptional client services. He has worked with leading multinational corporations such as Alix Partners, Citibank, LG, Samsung, Schroders, Sony, Schlumberger Oilfield UK and Twitter. His ability to understand the unique needs of organisations and provide strategic immigration and HR advice has been instrumental in supporting their global mobility programs.

Driven by a passion for helping clients directly, Pragnesh founded Manx Shearwater Ltd with a mission to offer personalised and comprehensive immigration and HR consulting services.
